Today's Challenge - Create a new habit
What's something you've been needing to change in your life? Researchers argue that it takes anywhere from 21 to 66 days to create a new habit (or break a bad one). I tend to think 66 sounds more realistic if you really want the habit to stick long term, but for the sake of this challenge sounding more doable, we'll stick to 21 days.
So, what could you commit to working on for just 21 days? What action could you take that would add up to the most significant positive change in your life? Maybe you're like me and it's something health related like, "I am going to exercise for at least 20 minutes everyday for 21 days," or maybe it's financial, "I'm going to save all the money I would normally spend eating out and make meals at home for 21 days." Whatever the case may be, choose something that will have a positive impact on you personally.
This TAKE.ACTION.TODAY challenge is a much bigger commitment than some of the previous ones, primarily because I'm asking you to commit for 21 days. I'll check in with you along the way, but today make a commitment to what you'll be working on for the next 21 days.

I'll go first, I'm working on my health because I feel like that is one of my biggest challenges. My commitment for the next 21 days is to continue solidifying my healthier diet I've been working on, keeping carbs under 50g per day, and exercising for at least 30 minutes every day for 21 days.
