Today's Challenge - Make a Homemade, Fresh Meal

Today's challenge is to make a homemade, FRESH meal! In today's world it is so easy to just pick up fast food on the way home after a long day at work. We are challenging you to take care of your mind, body and soul by cooking something at home.

If you need some recipe inspiration check out our Body Blog. Whether you make your breakfast, lunch or dinner we want you to try to create something using lots of fresh ingredients and eliminating the processed B.S.!!

If you have kids, we recommend getting them involved too. Usually when children help in creating something, they feel more motivated to eat it.

While you are cooking and eating, try to stay aware of how you feel during the process, or how you feel after. Do you feel accomplished? Energized? Clean?
