TODAY'S CHALLENGE-COMMIT TO SOMETHING

  Today's challenge is to COMMIT. This also happens to be my personal word for the year! Something that is one of the main components that hold many back from their personal development and growth.     Commitment is both power and purpose. Every moment in our life that makes us feel proud or accomplished involves commitment. Once we do it, it influences our behaviors and actions. Unlike hope, it forces us to face challenges when obstacles arrive and forces us to find success because we aren't allowed to quit!     Success in most things in life requires extreme commitment. Here at YOUR BEST LIFE DAILY, to live our best life we are required to commit to our daily practices that make us better! Whether it is practicing mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, exercising or nutrition- they all require commitment!     Today we want you to first decide what you want to commit to. Is it to stop drinking soda? Writing in a journal? Meditating 5 minutes before bed? Pick something that you have been wanting to practice, then COMMIT to it and watch the success flourish in your life!
