Today's Challenge - Pamper yourself
When was the last time you did something for you? Did you feel guilty about it? It's so easy to get caught up in the demands of taking care of everyone else that we sometimes forget that it's ok to take care of ourselves too!
Maybe you should go get a relaxing massage, or go get those toes done for spring. Maybe treat yourself to a nice meal, or go do something fun you've really been wanting to do. It could even be as simple as going for a nice walk and grabbing yourself a cup of coffee. Sometimes my treat, as simple as it is, is a nice hot bath with music and candles. It just puts me in my happy place!
So, today, just do something for yourself without any guilt!
