Today's Challenge - Drink more water!

Water is so important to healthy living! Experts say we should aim to drink at least one ounce per every two pounds of body weight. Not only does drinking water hydrate us, but it also acts as a transportation system for our body, helps regulate our temperature and boosts our immune system, among many other things. Water is so key to our VITALITY! 

Make sure today you drink at least one ounce of water for every 2 lbs. of body weight. Put more simply, divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of water today!
